Wishes

When I see two people with the same name, I need to sit in between them to make a wish. It’s a Turkish thing and says that your dream will come true. It’s like the eyelashes thing or blowing out candles.

I always had the same wish/dream/desire since I was a kid. Every birthday cake, every single eyelash which felt down to my face I used for the same wish and when others asked me what my wish was I didn’t tell them – it has to stay a secret. I’m not superstitious. I just wished from the bottom of my heart over and over again. If it didn’t work out I tried the wish again – until today where it finally came true. My dream came true. Sounds unbelievable and I learned that if you want your goals and dreams to become reality, you must move toward them. Put action to your dreams and give them the chance to become real. Without action they will stay just in your mind.

Make a wish today!

Ayni ismi paylasan insan arasina oturmak dilek tutmak’dir, biz türkler bunu cok iyi biliyoruz. Kipriklerimiz düsünce ve ya dogum günü pastamizin mumlarini söndürürken gibi bisey.

Kücüklügümden beri hep ayni dilegi tuttugumu biliyorum, kipriklerimi ellime alirdim, dogum günlerimde pastamin mumlarini üflerken her defasinda ayni dilegi tutardim. Baskalari ne diledin diye sorduklarinda tabiki söylemezdim, sir kalmasi gerekirdi cünkü gerceklesmek icin. Öyle fazla batil inanci olan bi insane degilim aslinda.Sadece bütün kalbimle gercek olacagina inandim, her defasinda ayni seyi diledim, bikmadan, bir gün gercek olacagini bile bile, buna inana inana. Ve oldu! Gercekten inanilmaz gibi insanin bunca sene istegidi bir seyin gercek olmasi. Hayalleriniz icin harekete gecin ve onlara gercek olma sansi verin.
